Communication consulting for organisations in transition.
Whether it’s a communications mandate or an AI project, sooner or later teams get stuck in supposedly clear processes that were never properly defined: unclear goals, untidy data, insufficient alignment and unnoticed reservations among colleagues.
Together, we answer the questions that matter: What are we trying to achieve? What does it take, what is already in place, and do the two fit together? Is everyone on board and clear on the direction of travel? Are the timeline, budget, KPIs and team realistic? Which milestones make sense — and when should the project stop?
You get a hands-on partner with a knack for organisational diagnosis. I think and act systemically, without getting in your way. The best way to find out whether I’m right for your project is over a coffee.
I develop narratives, positioning and communication strategies for organisations working with complex topics and diverse stakeholders.
I help organisations integrate artificial intelligence meaningfully into communication processes — from strategy and use cases to pilot projects, change communication and delivery.
I make complex content clear, relevant and memorable through strong narrative structure, powerful writing, curated formats, and audio and video concepts.
Selected mandates across communication, AI, transformation and cultural mediation.

Questions about working together.
How do I know whether we’re a good fit?
A strong mandate doesn’t start with a briefing — it starts with a conversation. I work best with people who know their subject well, but still want someone to challenge assumptions, think alongside them and ask the questions they no longer ask themselves. If you’re looking for reassurance, I’m not the right fit. If you want a sparring partner who can be candid without leaving the room, we should talk. We’ll know after a 30-minute initial conversation.
What does it cost?
There are less expensive consultants than me — that’s true. Some may even be lucky punches, with an emphasis on lucky. What you get from me is two decades of experience in communication, strategy, storytelling, dramaturgy and technology — a combination that is rare in the market. What you won’t get is off-the-shelf advice or hot air without impact. You decide what that is worth.
Is success guaranteed?
No. Anyone who promises that is lying. Consulting is not a delivery; it’s a shared process, and it depends at least as much on your side as it does on mine. What I do guarantee is careful listening, thorough preparation, candid questions when they are needed, and no selling of things you don’t need. If I conclude after our first conversation that someone else is a better fit, I’ll say so.
